Some of the effects from the Walgreens-Rite Aid deal are starting to be seen.
Walgreens plans to close about 600 drug stores across the United States.
Most of them will be Rite Aid stores, especially those within a mile of another Walgreens.
Closings begin next spring, and could take up to 18 months to complete.
