A West Babylon admits he was driving high when he seriously injured a police officer.
Louis Mancini pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired by drugs and other charges.
The 30-year-old had fentanyl and anxiety medication in his system when he lost control of a stolen SUV in March and crashed head-on into a police cruiser.
The officer suffered a shattered pelvis, fractured hip and broken leg.
Mancini is expected to get 10 years in prison when he's sentenced next month.
