Weston man back in court to face charges he set off blast in Norwalk

The Weston man accused in a string of recent bombings goes back to court Tuesday on new charges. Bruce Forest, 49, has been charged with a bomb blast at a vacant service station in Weston Friday night.

The Weston man accused in a string of recent bombings goes back to court Tuesday on new charges.
Bruce Forest, 49, has been charged with a bomb blast at a vacant service station in Weston Friday night. He's now answering to charges that he set off a bomb at a vacant school in Norwalk. Weston police are preparing arrest warrants for Forest in yet another bombing, which blew up portable toilets along Route 53 in February. Redding police are also investigating Forest's possible connection with two bombing in that town. In addition, police say federal charges may be coming down the line.
Forest is currently being held on $1 million bond in connection with the Weston blast. With Tuesday?s charges he'll be held on $2 million bond.Related Story
