The Westport Weston Family YMCA hosted a CPR training course on Sunday.
Over 100 people attended the hands-on training session.
Among those present was Nancy Chapelle, who left her high-paying job in the business world four years ago after suffering a heart attack at age 40. She was brought back to life by a Norwalk Hospital paramedic.
Chapelle went on to become an EMT, and is now trying to help others save lives by taking part in the "Hands for Life Westport Weston Wilton" CPR program.
