Wilton cops ask for help in teen dirt bike death probe
Wilton police are asking for the public's help in their search for answers in a teen's dirt bike death.
Investigators say they've been probing the case nonstop since Nicholas Parisot, 13, died Friday in an accident on a wooded trail. Officials say someone placed an object along the trail the boy was using, leading to the accident.
Wilton police called in state police to help in the investigation Tuesday. They searched the wooded area around Millstone and Hillbrook roads where the incident, which they call suspicious, occurred.
"We've actually handed out fliers to all the people in the area ? many [of whom] we already spoke with - asking for their assistance," says Wilton Police Capt. Michael Lombardo. "If they have any information, no matter how minute they think it is, please contact us and let us follow up, let us decide."
