Published reports show that Miller registered the bike at the Department of Motor Vehicles just minutes before the crash. Dr. Garrett Nguyen says he was just four cars behind the accident. Nguyen says he raced over and administered CPR to Miller as they waited for paramedics to arrive. Police would not comment today, except to say that their investigation is ongoing.
