Stratford police say a motorcyclist is in critical condition and a woman is facing charges after a hit-and-run accident.
Officials say Courtney Holifield, 35, hit the motorcyclist near Barnum Avenue and California Street yesterday.
People say speeding is all too common in this area, and they are concerned about safety.
