Woman faces charges after her child found wandering twice

<p>A woman from Wallingford is facing charges after her 2-year-old son was found wandering alone twice.</p>

A woman from Wallingford is facing charges after her 2-year-old son was found wandering alone twice.
Jillian Besonson was charged with risk of injury to a minor in both instances.
Bensonson's son was first found running by himself on South Orchard Street.
According to witnesses, the child was almost struck by a car.
On Tuesday, the child was found again wandering by himself, this time on South Colony Street.
Officers found Besonson at her home asleep.
