Metro-North has identified the woman hit and killed by a train.
The railroad says a train hit Melissa Bochicchio, 39, near the South Norwalk station Monday.
Officials are still trying to figure out why she was on the tracks.
Bochicchio's family released an obituary which says she leaves behind three children.
A memorial service will be held today in Norwalk at Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home on Wall Street.
