Woodland police: Possible luring incident was a misunderstanding
Police in Woodland Park have resolved a situation that was originally investigated as a luring incident.
The Woodland Park Police Department says they spoke to a woman who was picking up children of her own at Beatrice Gilmore School at 1075 McBride Ave.
The police department confirmed will all parties that a report from a child at the school turned out to be a misunderstanding.
Officials released a statement, “WPPD would like to thank everyone involved and who helped us get to this conclusion. As always, incidents need to be reported immediately so that we can come to a conclusion as soon as possible.”
