6h agoThe 10th annual Health, Wellness, and Lifestyle Expo is being held this weekend at Harbor Point Boardwalk in Stamford.
The expo features exhibits, free group fitness classes, food and drinks, kids' activities, cooking demonstrations and more.
People who attend can receive their COVID-19 vaccinations and flu shots too.
Belen Camacho, a nurse manager at Stamford Health, says everyone has taken their health for granted.
“Especially during our pandemic, a lot of people were not really going to their doctors or not really going out to the hospital for obvious reasons, says Camacho. “So, we're here to give you information. We're here to give you an appointment.”
The expo continues today from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
