A fight at a high school in Waterbury led to the arrest of 11 students, police say.

The incident occurred just before noon on Wednesday at Kennedy High School.

Nine boys and two girls were taken into custody.

The students face charges including third-degree assault, breach of peace, and interfering with an officer.

Several students sustained minor injuries and were treated by the school nurse.
