Crews responded to a two-alarm fire at a high-rise building on the Grand Concourse Thursday.
FDNY officials say the fire broke out on the first floor around 10:45 a.m.
More than 100 firefighters responded to the scene at East 192nd Street and Grand Concourse.
Officials say three people were treated for injuries, including two for smoke inhalation.
