Fairfield police say three people are facing charges today after two of the suspects tried to buy a $25,000 watch with a stolen credit card.
The incident happened at Lenox Jewelers on Black Rock Turnpike Saturday evening.
Police say they arrested Ilona Yudin and George Meskhishvili, both from Brooklyn, New York, for trying to use the fake credit card.
They say people nearby got suspicious and reported the suspects who were pacing outside the store.
Officials say they also arrested Richard Davitashvili, who was with the two other suspects, for carrying pills, heroin and cocaine.
