Two people and four pets were displaced after a fire Monday night in Bridgeport.
The Bridgeport Fire Department says firefighters speedily knocked down the fire that happened around 8:30 p.m. on Highland Avenue.
No injuries were reported.
Officials say the Red Cross was helping those who are displaced as of Monday night.
A cause of the fire was not immediately known.
