A Milford woman who has beaten breast cancer twice has started a website to share lifestyle tips with other women.
Caryn Sullivan was first diagnosed with breast cancer when she was 31 years old. When she turned 40, she underwent a full-body scan and while she was in perfect health, doctors found a lesion on her sternum. A few weeks later, Sullivan was diagnosed with breast cancer again.
While undergoing treatment, Sullivan dedicated herself to a healthier lifestyle. She says she gave up junk food and diet soda, went on a clean diet and started exercising daily.
Sullivan also started Pretty Wellness, a lifestyle website where she shares her research and tips on living a healthy lifestyle.
