Cactus Rose restaurant in Wilton shut down due to pipe burst

Wilton fire officials say the cold weather may have caused a restaurant's pipes to burst for the second time in two years.   The incident happened at Cactus Rose in Wilton on Thursday around 3:30 p.m.
