‘Guidance means guidance.’ Gov. Lamont leaning toward leaving mask decision up to school districts
Gov. Ned Lamont says things could change, but as of now is leaning toward letting school districts decide whether students and staff should have to wear masks in the classroom when returning to school this fall.
