Aliyah Serrano and her 33-year-old mother were found out of state, according to police.
The department said the girl’s biological father was given full custody of Serrano in July 2023 and had no physical contact with her or her biological mother since February 2022.
Bridgeport police tell News 12 the father has been arrested for being a fugitive of justice on domestic violence charges he faces in Puerto Rico.
