Police say a man and woman were arrested for scamming a Home Depot in Fairfield.

They say Radu Radulescu and Pinchi Anghel took products off shelves and would return them, while also taking money from cashiers.

Radulescu is wanted in six states with most charges related to fraud and larcenies, according to police.

Radulescu and Anghel gave fake names in this recent arrest.
