Trumbull police said a Shelton man was arrested for exposing himself to women inside of Kohl's.

Officials said the incident happened on Saturday on Hawley Lane.

William McClain, 26, was charged with public indecency, breach of peace and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended driver's license.

Officials said McClain is a registered sex offender with prior arrests for indecent exposure incidents.

McClain is being held on a $100,000 bond.
