News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Scott Sincoff says the rain move out before sunrise with clearing skies throughout Monday.

The wind will pick up as the first half of the workweek concludes with at or below-average temperatures. Gusts up to 35 mphare possible so anchor down those holiday decorations if you have already put them up.

NEXT: Make sure to bring the winter gear as highs will peak in the 40s through Thursday. The coldest mornings of the season so far will be on Tuesday and Wednesday morning with those pesky feels-like temperatures bottoming out in the teens. There even is a chance of some flurries in Litchfield County Tuesday, and Wednesday morning.
