State officials: Special session on EV sales proposal is 'not likely,' plan will now likely be debated in the regular session

If a special session were to occur, there would be no room for a public hearing. However, that is likely to change now.

Gov. Ned Lamont's office has confirmed that the special session for his proposal on EV sales is unlikely to happen. Instead, it will be debated in the regular session starting on Feb. 7.

If a special session were to occur, there would be no room for a public hearing. However, that is likely to change now.
