State Rep. Robin Comey is facing a lawsuit over a drunk driving crash that happened just blocks from the state Capitol in 2023.

The driver of a black SUV she landed on is suing Comey for $15,000.

Comey pleaded guilty to driving under the influence.

The lawsuit also names Comey's husband, as well as the Red Rock Tavern for allegedly over-serving the lawmaker.
