A shooting victim told police that he was shot after a verbal argument early Friday morning near the 1600 block of Park Avenue.
The victim said the male left briefly by foot before returning a short time later with a firearm and shooting him.
The victim was treated and released for a gunshot wound at a hospital.
Police say this is an active investigation.
