A pedestrian believed to have been putting fuel in his gas tank Sunday night was sideswiped by a vehicle on I-95 in Milford, authorities say.
According to the Milford Fire Department, the victim was found by state troopers and taken to Bridgeport Hospital with severe leg injuries.
