'A haunting case.' Murders of young Stamford mom and infant remain unsolved 30 years later

A Stamford man was arrested Wednesday morning, facing multiple charges for allegedly scamming over $28 million from his employer, Mars Wrigley.

Federal prosecutors said Paul Steed, a risk manager for Mars Wrigley's Global Cocoa Enterprise, diverted company funds to accounts he controlled over 12 years.

They also claim he stole stock dividends owed to Mars Wrigley, then sold the stock and deposited the proceeds into his own account.
