State lawmakers are weighing in on how the state Department of Children and Families handled the case of a man held captive for more than two decades.

Kimberly Sullivan was arrested after the now 32-year-old set a fire in his room to get firefighters to the home. Officials say he weighed just 68 pounds at the time.
