The Liquid Blenz Corp. of Rockville Centre is recalling its beverage known as “Good Brain Tonic” after it was found to potentially contain botulism.
The drink is distributed nationwide. The beverage alleges it will improve brain functions like memory and focus, help blood flow and provide other "brain benefits." It contains ginkgo biloba and lion's main mushroom.

Botulism is a potentially fatal form of food poisoning that can cause symptoms including general weakness, dizziness, difficulty breathing, constipation, and more.
No illnesses have been reported so far.
The owner of Liquid Blenz Corp. tells News 12 60 bottles of the product were sold, and none made it to the hands of consumers. The product is expected to be cleared and back on shelves by next week.
The recalled product is sold in 16‑ounce and 32‑ounce bottles. The UPC code for the 16‑ounce bottle is 860010984468, and the 32‑ounce bottle is 860010984475.
Customers who purchased Good Brain Tonic in either size are urged to return the product for a refund.
