A gray and damp scenario will unfold from today through late Thursday night. Rainfall totals will range from half an inch to over an inch.
The showers will start light and scattered today with temperatures in the upper 40s to near 50 degrees. The winds will pick up from the south, with gusts up to 30 mph. Thursday looks like the wettest day of the week with pockets of heavier and steadier rain. A few non-severe thunderstorms are possible.
Warmer temperatures are on the way starting this weekend. Above-average temperatures with highs in the 70s and even low 80s are likely into early next week.
