It's a mostly cloudy start to the day with a few rain clouds arriving this afternoon. Rain will be spotty and light if it does occur.
Temperatures will be seasonably cool in the meantime, but a big pattern change will be underway starting this weekend. Temperatures will warm with highs that will reach the mid-70s on Saturday and lower to mid-80s starting Sunday. The record high for Sunday in Bridgeport is 85-degrees and temperatures could challenge that record.
Monday is warm with highs in the 70s.
The hottest weather arrives Tuesday and Wednesday. Some neighborhoods will push 90-degrees for the first time this year.
The next chance for rain comes in the form of thunderstorms Wednesday evening and Thursday.
