A Bridgeport man was sentenced to 62 years in prison on Wednesday for a 2021 murder.

Luis Morales shot 23-year-old Clinton Taylor 10 times inside Sammy's Dollar on Park Avenue in December of 2021. He then stole money from the body and left in Taylor's vehicle.

Taylor's family spoke to News 12 after the sentencing.

They say they finally have justice now that Morales has been held accountable.
