Police say a Brewster man was arrested twice in a matter of 18 hours on Sept. 29.
They say Diego Rodriguez-Ordonez first robbed a Kent gas station and assaulted a clerk who tried to stop him.
Hours later, police say the 24-year-old forcibly touched a woman on a train at the Southeast station, according to police.
When police approached Rodriguez-Ordonez, he resisted but was tased and taken back into custody.
