Former state Sen. Dennis Bradley's attorney says he was re-arrested in connection with a ballot-opening investigation.
Bradley faces new charges unrelated to his campaign fraud convictions.
The exact charges are unknown at the time, but the attorney says they are related to a complaint that he changed a woman's vote to benefit his brother, who was running for probate judge.
Bradley's attorney says he turned himself in Tuesday morning.
