A former Pleasant Valley official has been sentenced to 60 days in jail for secretly filming his secretary.
The Dutchess County DA says former Highway Superintendent John Baxter was convicted on two counts of attempted unlawful surveillance.
They say Baxter placed a camera under the desk of his secretary.
He was also sentenced to three years of probation.
