Police are investigating the cause of a crash that sent three people to the hospital.

Emergency crews responded to the scene Monday afternoon. They found two vehicles and a landscaping trailer blocking both lanes of the road, which snapped a utility pole that ended up in a tree.

Three people were taken to the hospital. Their conditions are currently unknown.
