The Uvalde Foundation for Kids is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a suspect in the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old boy.

A bus with children on board was also struck by a stray bullet, but no one was injured.
Police have detained another 16-year-old suspect who was allegedly armed with a ghost gun.
