Gov. Dannel Malloy says nine more state employees are facing disciplinary hearings in a food stamp fraud investigation.
State officials say a total of 24 state employees, including four state troopers, may have lied on their applications to get federal funds through the Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program after Tropical Storm Irene.
The police union president is asking people not to be quick to judge until all the facts come out.
