If you are getting away for the holiday season, the next few days will be busy on the roads and in the air.

AAA says more than 1 million people will be traveling – 112,000 are expected to travel out of Connecticut.

Throughout New England, the number is about 463,000, which is up 4.5% since 2022.

More than 110,000 passengers are expected to travel out of Bradley International Airport from now until Dec. 31.   The busiest travel times are between 4 a.m. and 7 a.m.
