Open enrollment has started for Connecticut's state run health insurance agency Access Health, officials say.
Enrollment runs from Nov. 1 through Dec. 15.
Enrollment centers will be open five days a week at the Ferguson Library in Stamford as well as the Greater Danbury Community Health Center.
One-day enrollment fairs will be held at Fairfield University, St. Vincent's Medical Center and Jonathan Law High School.
