A Connecticut state police cruiser suffered significant damage after being rear-ended by an alleged drunken driver early Sunday morning.
While troopers were on the scene of another car crash on I-84 in Hartford around 4 a.m., 33-year-old Jennifer Rosario slammed her Lexus into the cruiser.
The trooper inside the vehicle suffered minor injuries and was sent to the hospital for an evaluation.
Rosario failed multiple field sobriety tests and faces charges, including reckless driving and interfering with an officer.
She is due in court tomorrow.
