AMR is teaming up with the City of Bridgeport to fill 20 to 30 full-time positions where people are paid while training to become EMTs.
Officials held a news conference at AMR headquarters in Bridgeport Wednesday morning to get the word out to the community.
Applicants have to be at least 18 years old and show proof of a high school diploma or GED. The deadline to apply is Aug. 30. For more information, click here.
