Andre Joseph, of Bridgeport, accused of sexually assaulting 14-year-old

Stamford police say a Bridgeport man is facing charges for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.  Police arrested Andre Joseph, 57.  They say he began grooming the victim when she was 12.
