An apartment complex in Norwalk held a grand opening for its units.

LivingIve hosted an open house at 8 and 10 Union Ave.

The complex says the property is more modern, has more energy, is tech friendly and more affordable.

LivingIve is working on another apartment complex expected to be finished next year.
