A person of interest in the Stratford beach cottage fires has been arrested.Police say 23-year-old Kevin Stuart, of Trumbull, was arrested for a 'bizarre' incident that allegedly took place before the fires started Sunday at Long Beach West.Investigators say Stuart climbed a radio tower across from the water before a cottage went up in flames. Police say he was smoking marijuana in the cottage and a witness says Stuart was climbing the tower with a beer bottle. Authorities say a nature photographer caught Stuart's alleged tower climbing on tape. They also say any tape would be considered evidence if it existed and could not be released.
