Residents kicked off a sunny Memorial Day at Calf Pasture Beach in Norwalk Monday. The parking lot was already filling up this morning as people hauled coolers, umbrellas and beach gear onto the sand.

The parking lot was already filling up this morning as people hauled coolers, umbrellas and beach gear onto the sand.
People flocked to other Connecticut beaches as well.
