The attorney for the family of one of the victims allegedly killed by Peter Manfredonia says justice won't be served until the UConn student is prosecuted.
Both Nicholas Eisele and Manfredonia grew up in Newtown and were classmates.
The Eisele family's attorney held a news conference Thursday shortly after Manfredonia's capture in Maryland.
"Let me be clear, the healing process, for this family, will not begin, will never begin until and only until the successful prosecution. just sentence, and denial of any and all appeals of Peter Manfedonia," the attorney says.
There will be a drive-by remembrance ceremony for Eisele at Saint Rose of Lima Church in Newtown on Sunday.
