The attorney for Robert Dulin, who was recently released from prison, says Dulin must be cautious to avoid more time behind bars.
The former UCONN basketball star and former Milford coach was arrested Thursday night for breach of peace. Police say Dulin punched a friend in the face and used obscene language at Seven Seas Restaurant on New Haven Avenue.
In September 2007, Dulin was convicted of having a sexual relationship with a teenage girl he coached and was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
Attorney Hugh Keefe says they are involved in a violation of probation hearing where Dulin is accused of refusing to sign an agreement stating he must not have contact with minors under the age of 16.
