Beatles fans throughout southwestern Connecticut were abuzz Wednesday following the release of the band's digitally re-mastered albums and the first ever Beatles video game.
Enthusiasts of the Liverpool band descended on local record stores and snapped up the new box set priced at $260, which contains all the Beatles' albums. The video game with the price tag of $250 has also been flying off the shelves.
The company that produced the game had reportedly consulted with two living members of the Beatles to try and make "Rock Band: The Beatles" appealing to the younger generation without alienating their older fans.
