Bobby Flay was in Stamford today to help launch the Melt Mobile, a food truck that will serve high-end grilled cheese sandwiches.
The truck is set to be featured on ?Bobby Flay's Food Project.?
The truck will be open Monday through Friday, year-round, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Veteran's Park.
